    I am having a issue with my maxisys not wanting to charge enough while it is on or when the or when the screen goes to sleep, I have to power the unit down in order for the battery to charge

     Have you tried to update the system? It may do some help.

     Yes I agree, mine does the same thing and will not charge unless powered off, and I have the latest update.
